B girls,
still remember what coach told us on friday?
Everyone must play and train hard during training, especially the sec 3s.
I know we have lessons early in the morning and training in the afternoon.
All of us are tired. However, you are not the one suffering alone!
We suffer as one (:
And it is our last year to play for the school already.
Thus, I hope everyone can leave their homeworks till after training.
Don't bring it into your mind. &don't stress too much.
Rmb, it is holiday!
We must learn to study SMART and play HARD!
Just have a good time management, all of us will excel in both (:

For sec 2s,
I can see some of you are training hard and have improve a lot!
Keep up the good effort which you have put in.
For others,
don't be discourage. We still have time!
Try to learn from the mistakes or seek for any seniors help if you need (we are friendly alright? LOL).
During break, relax yourself, talk with us (seniors) and think how can you minimize the mistakes.

Also, remember there is no one man game for netball.
No one can shoot, attack and defend alone.
All this needs teamwork and communication.
Not to forget, persevere too.
The sec 1s are training hard.
We, as seniors should train hard as well so as to set a good example for our juniors.

Still remember last year?
How did we train hard for many hours despite the hot sun?
How did we encourage each other during training?
How much efforts did we put in to prepare for zonals?
How did we make all passes accurate?
How did we learn our basics well?
How did the shooters try to put in the effort to shoot everyday?
(Shooters, if you need any defencers or attackers help, feel free to approach)
How did the defencers defend tight during set plays?
How did the attackers make accurate passes to the shooters just in a few seconds?

I believe we can do ALL this again,
with 101% effort all the time,
with the seriousness in everyone's face,
with the never-say-die mindset,
with the teamwork etc..
So girls, let's do our parts just for this few months.
Try to come for training as many times as you can.
Also, rest and eat well after training.
&for those days without training,
go gym and do some exercises BUT do not over strain your muscles. They need a break too!
For those people that have knee, ankle and other problems,
please take care of yourself and remember to go to gym for some light workouts to keep ourselves fit.

This is what I can do for all of you.
I will try to point out some mistakes and encourage everyone of you to tag the mistakes we had.
But don't be offended. We are just trying to help one another to improve (:
Hope I will see some changes so we will not disappoint our coach and teachers again.

So, let's work hard together and strive for our main goal - TOP4 of WEST ZONE!

Btw, the training listed on thursday, nov 1, is only for B girls.
