Wah this blog is so friggin dead man.
now lemme update abit yeah. these past 2 weeks been no training cos of the swine flu. Hope you girls didnt go pig out and never exercise to keep up your stamina! hahah. i'm not so sure but i think training will resume next week. i'll ask and inform y'all. anyways this blog been so dead i wonder if anyone even bother to come anymore, hahah. tata i guess, train with all your might okay!
